This made me giggle! I think some people take logging water way too seriously. If you start with a glass of water and add something to it...you still have water...the H2O molecules didn't magically disappear!

Wow! Everyone looks so amazing! Congrats on all the hard work! I can't wait to have my own before and after pics (still pretty new and working towards my first goal). Some of my friends have already noticed a difference which keeps me motivated! :)

Tae Bo is such an awesome workout! I have a couple of the DVDs. So far the cardio explosion is my favorite. I can't do all of the moves as quick as they do, but I've def noticed some of them I'm now able to keep up the speed. The kicks are my struggle. Def worth a try!

I'm curious about this too. I hate plain water and recently discovered Crystal Light +Energy packets which has definitely upped my water intake and they don't have the gross after taste that some of the other drink mixes do.

I'm in! Will have to join the group. I did the week 1 workout for the first time last Sunday. My muscles (especially in my legs) were killinge for a couple days after! I try to walk on my lunch breaks at work at least 3 times a week and I use an app on my phone called Endomondo. Tracks the distance and average speed and will show you a map of your route. I just use the average speed and the time I walked to log it to my diary. Works great and I've even gotten some of my friends to use it!

I have Zumba for the Kinect and love it! I also have the Zumba Fitness DVD's but the game has a much bigger variety of routines and length of routine. I also love that I can work at it and try to beat my score from the last workout! Just recently passed the 80% Mark for a 5 song routine!
