  • What type of loads are you strapping and chaining? Cars? Freight?
  • I had a csection 4 years ago. Just work your way up with exercise and endurance. It takes time and patience and things will start to go back in place.
  • I'm starting my second week on the beginning program. Not for aesthetic reasons, more to learn about weight training to begin with.
  • I have never been able to do the splits, but never kept up the stretching for flexibility either. I can say I'm more flexible now than I was a few months ago because of exercise and light stretching.

  • I loved insanity, but my knees are starting to get burned out pretty quickly. I've had great results from the first 5 weeks tho. Only lost 5 lbs, but a ton on inches.
  • I personally have only used a tampon, and if it's a really heavy point in your cycle a pad too, even tho I know they can bother some during exercise. From what I've heard a diva cup would be a good option. I've never used one so I don't have any experience.

  • I found it intense, yet exhilarating at the same time. Which was awesome. I added it to my kindle app/account on my phone for just $10. I'm starting at home, using what we have, and my husband watches my form for me. :)
  • To better myself as a whole. After some life events I realized to be the person I want to be I need to work past what hinders me, and start taking care of myself. Mentally, physically, and emotionally. This way I can be around to share life with my daughter.
