Neither. I work in the hospital and we always see patients that have those surgerys with so many problems. Its not worth it. I would recommend eating well and exercising over surgery. Not trying to offend, just my own opinion.

From my experience it doesn't matter how many calories you burn its what your putting in your mouth. No way at all obsessed! Sometimes the people closest to us can be the BIGGEST sabotagers! I trained for a full marathon, waking up at 0430 and finishing by 0530-0600, 6 days a week. I have a 23yr old polish arabian that believes he is 5yrs old. He was the first love of my life! I used to show him hunt seat. We do mostly trail riding or fun shows now. And we also take wine/beer with us on trail rides! I think he likes me better when I weigh less... :) !

I have a 13lb westie terrier/toy poodle designer pooch and she goes with me on my runs. She has no problem doing 8-13mi. She's a very hyper dog, she does pass out when we get home but an hour later shes running around playing with toys. We take her on 4-5hr horseback rides and she loves it! I think it depends on the breed.…

I am actually fighting with this right now! I want to blow my hard work cause I want a beer and bar food because they taste so good together!!
