When it stops I go into the MyFitnessPal app tell it not to count steps then restart the app. Then go back into the app and tell it and it will pick them up and start working again

We seem to do Chick-Fil-A a lot any more and I always get the 8 piece nuggets and original chicken sandwich. One package of mustard one of BBQ sauce and a water.

I use to buy New Balance for everything walking and everything, I used them for everything I did. Then after I started picking up the pace on the treadmill and it killed my feet. I went to one of the shoes stores that do the measuring. They did recommend that I try Brook Adrenaline GTS but they didn't carry them in a 4E so…

I just bought a couple pair of suspenders to wear with my suits. I know it is not cool to wear them and a belt but as long as I have a jacket on no one knows. Also then I don’t have to wear my belt so tight to hold up my too big pants.
