  • No really I can't. I measure everything and record everything. I'm also losing quite a bit this way but I know I'm not eating enough per day.
  • Honestly I use my griddle to cook everything and don't need oil or butter to cook. I like your suggestion about adding moisture to my tuna I'll look at using some mayo there. Lots of awesome suggestions and I'll incorporate many of them.
  • Really beer... Hmmm I'm not opposed to that. Thanks for the suggestion I love PB and Cheese so maybe I can add some nice cheese to my diet as a snack each day.
  • I'm not eating low fat foods on purpose, just switched bacon for turkey bacon, eggs for egg whites, candy bars for almonds, beef for chicken. I think my fat intake for the day is just about right on target.
