hahaha - I was asleep by 9 and I can't use being old as an excuse! I'll use my 3 year old and 19-month old as my excuse...staying up late isn't an option when I know they'll be up by 6am no matter what!

Welcome! I think the question "does this program work?" is dependent on your goals. My goal was to lower my body fat % along with losing lbs on the scale, as well as get stronger and tone. Most of the whey protein powders I've found are 2 scoops per serving - around 50 g of protein. So I don't think you will over-do it with the protein with 2 scoops. I'm actually about to switch to whey isolate because I've done some research and it appears to be easier to digest.

Haha, so true! We ordered a 46" flat screen last year and they left it at our door. And it wasn't even a brown box that didnt show was was in it...the actual picture of the tv was on the box! Smh.

I think this is one of those "duh" moments for me. It never crossed my mind to do dumbbells. And I have a huge selection. Maybe being sick so much these last couple of months has fried my brain! Thanks! I'm with you on dreading to move on to stage 4. I may just stay in 3 forever :)

30DS is very small weights with mostly bodyweight exercises. I've always thought of it as more cardio focused. I don't think it would hurt you to do the workouts a couple of days a week on your rest days. Or if any of your videos are more cardio-based that would work. I do P90X kickboxing on some off days and love it!

You can manually adjust the number of calories MFP gives you, instead of relying on the activity level and amount of weight to lose.
