It's not that bad, maybe you're speed is too high to begin with. Start slow and work your way up. I LOVE it!! But, you have to stand straight up! I see some girls in the gym bent in half with their entire body weight on the hand rails. What's the point?!?

Soda, of any kind, even diet. And fresh baked french bread... beacuse I'll end up eating half of the loaf. I consider myself lucky, I'm not really into sweets of any kind. Count me in! Having 3 kids at home doesn't leave much time for excercise. But, I'm teaching them to eat healthy so we've never had a bunch of junk food in the house. I don't need it and neither do they!
