  • I just completed session 1 week 1 - and thoroughly enjoyed it! could run the 60 second bursts easily, was very nervous about it as hate running but actually found myself enjoying it - I used the podcast made by Robert Ullery on my iPod so no need to time myself all the time and it helped, I think if I had tried to do it…
