Engaged and living with my fiance. No way would I do it, even if for some reason she would let me, just the broken hearted look on her face that is conjured up in my head, is enough to deter me from ever hurting her like that. That's one of the reasons I have no desire to see that movie, despite liking some of the actors…

Some people just aren't ready, but they might think they are, and then they get frustrated.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so while you get fit, you may actually gain muscle weight, even though you lose fat. Great job losing those inches! Chryzznit79 beat me to it, by seconds. ;-)

These numbers seem kind of high, and I would imagine it would be different depending on your weight and which shakeweight you use, but here is some info: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20100211223955AAaXBPm

Just awesome! Great job!

Ahh, the pic is too big and needs resized, but I see you figured it out. Great work, both on the weight loss and figuring out the pic! :-)

Great! Dogs are wonderful motivators. I have several friends who walk their dogs daily as part of their exercise.

Great story!

Do a forum search for plateau there are some great threads and you are not alone! I've only lost 15 so far, but due to some medical issues I've put 4 back on. It's frustrating, but we have to stick with it!

Great job so far!

Reminds me of the warrior diet. See this thread; http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/110167-the-warrior-diet

Check out Quest bars. http://www.questproteinbar.com/ The vanilla almond crunch is delicious and they are made from real food! Only problem is they aren't available in stores. A friend turned me on to them and my fiance and I love them!

Sounds like you lead a busy life! What is it you struggle with? Eating the right foods? Finding time to exercise?

A friend shared this with me the other day. It does look inspiring. I usually drink a green smoothie for breakfast, but that's as close as I'll ever get to a juice fast. ;-) If it helps people get healthy and stay healthy then I'm all for it.

Weight fluctuation is perfectly normal, a pound could be lots of things. You've lost 60 pounds! You ROCK! :-) You've received a lot of great comments and great advice. All I can really say is that you've come this far, accomplished this great feat of losing 60 pounds, you can definitely keep going!

Just about everything precooked is going to have tons of sodium. You are much better off buying bags of chicken tenderloins, they usually come in a good sized bag and are frozen with a coating of ice around them. I throw 4 in a skillet and put a little garlic salt on them and they are quite tasty. Of course, boneless,…

All of my family, friends, and co-workers have been very supportive! They have been great!

And I'm not recommending any of the products on that page, just providing it for the information about the hemorrhoids themselves.

I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV, but it could be hemorrhoids: http://www.bleedinghemorrhoids.org/

Sounds delicious!

I usually do the same thing you did. If I can't find the amount, I ask for a nutritional menu, sometimes they have one, sometimes not. We went out tonight, it wasn't planned, and I went over my daily calories. I really like restaurants that list lower calorie items on their menu. Chili's and IHOP are good about that.…

I'm curious about better fitness games too. Most reviews I've read give this high marks. I don't own it yet, just got the Kinect tonight, but I'm wanting to pick something up. I heard the biggest loser game was awful. I do plan on picking up Kinect Sports too.

That's great news, Peter, and encouraging to me! Keep it up! :-)
