Great work! You look great!

Just be really aware of how the rings are moving on your hand. I lost mine over the Christmas holiday, it slipped off my extremely dry hand into a big cardboard recycling dumpster. Fortunately my ring was nowhere near as expensive as my wife's. My new ring is the same size, but seems to want to stay on better.

Amazing work! Great job!

Yaktrax are another nice option for cleats. We have a driveway that is a hill. They've saved me from many a spill.

I was going to recommend a heart rate monitor too. That's the best way to figure out your burn.

I've yet to find any stevia based packets that I like. I buy Organic Stevia White Extract Powder from this site: http://herbaladvantage.com/showproducts.cfm?UUID=D49A202E-3048-83DA-7AB08A50512203FA.01122012&AID=1&CategoryID=1&Ltr=A-Z "Stevia rebaudiana Certified Organic, High Reb A - Our Stevia is 100% Pure. I drink one of my green smoothies and eat mixed nuts for breakfast and lunch. I enjoy them and feel good after, so that has been my routine. Supper is usually something different every night.

Great work!

Agreed on the steel cut oats. Delicious!

You can do it!

Wonderful job! Way to go!

I'd say get there and see how you look and feel. At our age, once we reach our goals, maintaing can be the next challenge. ;-)

Just don't shoot for your birth weight. ;-) Seriously though, how tall are you? It's been a while since I saw you in person. I'm 6' and my eventual goal weight is 190. Unless I decide to do some weight training and it puts me over that, then I would just base my progress on measurements.

That's great, Jeff. Have some fun!

I don't use a recipe, i just use a jar of spaghetti sauce, add some meat, mushrooms, etc, and pour it over the noodles. The way I prepare the noodles is by rinsing them in a colander, which can be trickier with the angel hair since it is so fine, microwave them for a minute or two, then rinse and serve.

At work we have a salad bar where they charge by the pound. Once I get done pilling on all the greens and veggies it gets pretty heavy, which of course has zero bearing on how healthy it is. People can be real idiots sometimes.

I can relate too. Spending the weekend furiously cleaning and doing yard work, because my cleaning to gaming ratio is pretty sad.

Here's a great article from a few years ago; http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/36507576/ns/health-diet_and_nutrition/t/eating-well-week/#.T7QKRcWZ5KM

Great work! Inspiring!

I do love eye candy, but I still play games that look like crap by today's standards. For newer games graphics are important to me.

That's great! I don't play MMOs any more, but I do play games while I ride my stationary bike, using a controller.

Great progress!

Bolthouse Farms has some tasty products. I drink them when I'm on vacation or traveling and can't make my smoothie.

And the death of Steve Jobs, yesterday, proves that it doesn't matter how much money you have, cancer can take anyone. I too hope to see a cure in my lifetime.

Well, it is supposed to be a more emotional story: http://www.ology.com/humor/conans-gears-war-3-seems-very-pleasant

Awesome work!

You look great! My fiance is about the same height as you, so you certainly aren't too short. :-) Keep up the great work!

I bought some (Not the Miracle Noodle brand, but another brand of Shirataki noodles, and surprised my fiance with spaghetti one night, which we hadn't had since beginning our lifestyle changes. Pretty tasty!

My favorite is pistachios, though I have to count them out or I will keep shelling and eating them. ;-)
