  • Well when you find a solution ... Let me know. I would sooner do a "Carb Only" diet than a "No Carb" one! I would say "moderation" has helped me though. For example, for breakfast I only had a half a bagel because I knew I'd be eating a banana before my workout. Both are high in carbs, but balancing every little bit helps.…
