I set mine to lose 10% of my weight every 12 weeks. I stole the idea from Weight Watchers.

Some people are just too much for me. What were they expecting you to say? There are no quick fixes and we are doing it the right way. Let them keep talking cause you are doing it girl. When you hit your goal they will really be talking and still having late night binges on crappy food...lol.
