I LOVE Focus T25. I will finish Beta this week. Haven't lost a lot of weight, but have lost inches and feel so much stronger.

I have a question. I am finishing up week 3 of Beta. Is there a hybrid schedule for Alpha and Beta? I plan on doing Gamma, but not at this time. Suggestions appreciated. Thanks so much.

I also switched from WW to MFP and have been very happy. I continued to lose and gain the same weight and got depressed paying each week for no scale movement. MFP is great and helps with accountability.

I love this workout program. I completed the five weeks of Alpha on Saturday. My weight pretty much stayed the same, but I lost inches. I started the Beta portion this morning and it is tough, but a great workout!!! You should give it a try, I don't think you will be disappointed. Good luck!

I am on my last week of Alpha and will start Beta next week. I have lost inches, but my weight has crept up slightly. What type of weight training did you add? Thanks for the information...I am thinking I need to add some additional weight training, also.

I am also 53 and am truly loving Focus T25!!! I am on week 4 and have really seen my endurance increase from the first week. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!! Come on, you can do it!!

Thanks for the information on shoes. I am on week 3 of Alpha and have noticed my feet hurting a bit. I have been using running shoes, so his article was very helpful.
