well I can tell to check the ingredients too and ALWAYS eat AFTER OR DURING - found out the hard way - I can't take any because of what's in them

I use the daily workouts ( arm, butt, ab and etc and yoga ) and they are free

I agree with the money part and people seem to be more supportive and happier here - trust me I was doing Jenny Craig and I think I lost more money than wight

hi I use an app called Runkeeper and it is free and also you can use it for walking, running, biking and etc.
