Hi I would like to join - let's see, I've been trying to lose weight for a while and it's going up and down. I want to lose at least 20lbs - I'm currently at 162 and trying to exercise 4 to 5 days a week.

Hi my name is Jill and I tried to do workout classes in my area but I did not like them and also I don't have a car so it's hard to get them - I am currently trying to lose at least 10-15 pounds and my weight right now is about 150. So I have been doing a program called 7 minutes which is different exercises on your ipod…

January Weigh-ins: 1/1 = 146.8 1/6 = #, ( ) 1/13 = #, ( ) 1/20 = #, ( ) 1/27= #, ( ) was 152 but News Years had stomach flu so there is a silver lining somewhere from that - but don't get sick

well if your have a iphone or a smart phone you can usually find good fast workouts for free or another one to try is a DVD series called 10 minutes - if that helps

I weigh in every Friday - I had a habit of doing it every other day but I try to stop that it is hard

what works for me is gum and also if you still want to buy sweets - skinny cow is good and chocloate goldfish in a cup - weird but it works

just make sure it reads your wight well - I am getting a new one because the one I have now puts on a pound for me - frustrating
