Finding Support and Friends

I am 22 years old and I live in Michigan. I am at my heaviest weight I have ever been at and I can't stand it anymore. I am looking for a great support group of friends on here! I have two daughters and my youngest was born with Spina Bifida and it has been a wake up call. I need to lose at least 110lbs to feel like I am healthy. I just am looking for support and friends to get healthy with and to be open with about the hard times and the good ones too. If you feel the same please feel free to add my and comment!!!
