Totally agree with this .. and when you can do 8-12 reps without trouble, add more WEIGHT, not more reps. Womens muscles were made to endure (more so than mens muscles), so doing more than 12 reps is only teaching them to be efficient. I just started watching my carb and sugar intake and have it pretty low for the past 4 days . I lost 4 lbs ( which I know isnt really 'fat' loss but mostly water weight ) .
