I have had alot of sucess with having a MIM every morning and lots of green veggies with lunch and dinner. For me that is the key to stay regular.....and of course lots of water I try to do 10 cups a day. Good luck!

I agree the JC Light is much better than the skinny girl margarita......I also like the crystal light mojito mix with a little white rum....the mint flavor is so delish!

I was always tired until I changed my diet, I stay away from carbs as much as possible. Avoiding processed foods and white rice, flour, breads has helped me tremendously...... if I ever fall back to eating those things I want a nap and feel super sluggish. Good luck!

Ditto........ Age 36 5'1" SW 217 CW 181 - got to 175 and hit bump in road but back on track now! GW 140ish or lower depending how I feel in my skin then. :)

I just had zucchini ribbons with meat sauce instead of pasta. I take a veggie peeler and make long thin strips of zucchini and then saute it in a bit of olive oil with salt and pepper and my favorite mrs dash seasoning. You can eat as a sidedish with anything really. Super yummy!

I usually bring leftovers, but when not available I keep bags of salad handy and lots of veggies. I have a fridge at work so I try to stock it with cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, pickles, cucumbers, sugar free jello or pudding. I also have almonds and teas to have as an afternoon snack sometimes. The key is to be…
