yeah, darn skippy it's a vegetable. A vegetable with enough sodium, starch, and fat to kneel anyone over if eaten enough. This is why when my daughter goes to school, I'm packing her lunches. She's 7 months and we've already got her started with eating the correct foods.

I try to drink around 11 glasses of water a day, I've been trying to eat more oatmeal as well. Maybe I'll get flaxseed and put it on everything I eat. I do tend to eat a lot of pasta....or, more pasta than what I should. Can pasta make you constipated?

hey I'm on my last day of level 1 today and although I'm proud of myself, I feel like I'm not doing really good on some of the moves. I still have to take breaks. Did anyone move on to level 2 when they hadn't completely mastered Level 1 and how did you do?
