ME TOO!!!! BRAND STINKIN' still have the new car smell NEW at stronglifts, but super duper excited. I was doing p90x, then tried new rules, but found them both too tedious...I just finished day 2 of stronglifts and LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE it!

oh yeah and I switched my focus to body fat percentage and do strength train and was using new rules to lifting but switched to stronglifts this week.

I've heard LOTS of people say that elliptical helps keep up your cardio without straining your legs. I cycled when I was having problems with my knee, but honestly my best suggestion is yoga. I do bikram now and feel that it helps stretch everything out to help my running.

hmmmm..not sure that its weird....we have a sandwich joint in town that has "lowrider" black beans, avocado, turkey, cream cheese, salsa, sprouts, and lettuce, tomato onion, on wheat. SOOOO good! I will say though that my addiction to avocado is bordering on weird. I eat it every day.

LOVE it and have a pole at home because I don't have studios close by, BUT GINORMOUS bruises from it. Fantastic upper body workout though for me. I have most of my strength in my legs so I like the fact that it varies my workouts.

Agreed its frustrating, and when she gains it back she'll try something else, but you will be maintaining easily...don't know if that offers any comfort but that is the reality of lifestyle changes versus temporary fixes.
