Well my calorie intake has been a bit higher than yours, but all the rest I could have written myself. Hola!!!! I'm 31 live in Cocoa, socialize mostly in Orlando, LOVE Florida! We are so lucky to have great weather most of the time to exercise in and obviously living closer to the beach is definitely motivating me to get in swimsuit worthy shape!!!!! :)

I agree this site is awesome! One thing that has really helped me stay on track and keep focused and get tons of support and inspiration are the group challenges....check thru them or watch the boards and when you see when that strikes your fancy JOIN it!!!!! It helps to have others working on specific goals together. :)

hahah...I'm usually not that big on Valentines day either...I had my own floral business so for a few years it was up to my elbows in craziness, but I was watching Pepe Le Pew cartoons and thought Hmmm....I need to get on the Love train. Yes cartoons inspire me.

This sounds brilliant....however...I'm not sure if I get the math equation...so I'm responding here to refer back to and will try this method out...it makes perfect sense to me in terms of fueling your body efficiently for those longer workout days.
