Starting week 3 tonight...btw....does anyone else have a partner doing the challenge with them? My husband loves it, but grumbles like crazy while we are doing it. Cracks me up. I'm like seriously dude?!

My incline is on my wedding hope chest so about 2 feet off the ground. I did the knees (I'm doing a c25k training and trying to NOT hurt those knees) but I tried the knees on my day 3 of week 2 and found those easier...so not sure if I will continue those or go back to the incline.

Exactly! I didn't loathe myself, because I have rather healthy self esteem and big or small I like how I like for the most part, BUT I wasn't energetic, fit, and needed a change.

completely agree! I found that on Thanksgiving...knowing that I was going to log in my food kept me from overindulging. I ate everything that was there, just in moderation.

I'm gonna log and I'm not going to overly restrict...I don't plan on eating a whole pie, just enjoying dinner and the day. That night we are gonna go out dancing so I figure that will help torch those calories.

This is completely fascinating to me. I didn't read all of the comments, but does someone know what the science behind it is? Is it basically just breaking the routine of eating the same calorie range? So it kickstarts your body back into working on getting rid of the extra calories consumed on those gorge/cheat days?

I tried it over the summer and was hitting the gym really hard with cycling, elliptical, zumba. Then I'd come home and eat cake, chips, and second helpings of dinner. So I of course saw NO results. We make all of our dressings at home..and by we, I mean my husband...super easy though. My favorite of his is a citrus dijon . Any suggestions on what kind of an incline to use for the pushups if modified (knees) aren't the best? hmmm....I have a bench that sits up about 2 feet high...wonder if that will work. I'll go check. :)
