168 5'7" 10 dresses 12 pants tops large in modern women's sizes. In vintage sizes I'm more of a 12-14 and gulp even considered still an xl.

LOVE LOVE LOVE runners high...just had this discussion with some friends..evidently its like orgasms..not everyone that runs gets runners high, but when you do you will know it and definitely want it again. I have a love/hate with Alien (which I think it what they were going for) sometimes I love it sometimes its cloying. I do love Thierry Mugler's Womanity and think its a perfect summer fragrance.

Juliette has a Gun Lady Vengeance or Coco Chanel Madamoiselle. I'm a bit of a fumehead and play with different scents, but since i live in Florida I can't really wear those heady intense fragrances as often as I wish till it cools down a bit.

I personally have found that I can't get in substantial protein intake from other food sources without using supplements if I do not eat meat. I LOVE LOVE LOVE veggies, fruits, lentils, beans, and tofu and vegan/vegetarian products. I incorporate them often into my diet, but I cannot get the same health benefits from them…

Oh and I also shifted from weight loss goals to fitness oriented and nutrition goals.

I had a deadline initially it helped get me focused....now nope no deadline. I have embraced living healthier every day. I'll get there when I get there. I don't have a very concrete goal weight either right now. I do have a VERY concrete body fat percentage though. :)

Timely question...I must have encountered this situation at least 6 times today, but I was running with my chi. The more agressive of the dogs I just turned around before he saw us. He was playing rather roughly with other dogs and his owner had ZERO control over him. I figured I didn't want to take the chance.
