I'm 5'1. CW is 144 (my heaviest ever). I'd like to get down to 123-124(thats what I was in high school/first year of college). I've had to totally change my eating habits, and my husband and I just joined Lifetime gym this month (we try to go 5 times/week) Hopefully I can reach my goal weight by June 1 2012.
