I use FOREVER by Dior followed with their powder...it's expensive but it seems to work the best for my skin.

Cheeto Puffs are the BEST - I haven't had any in like 3 months! droool!

I sweeten mine with stevia flavored chocolate, vanilla, and toffee drops and use 2 TBS of real cream.

My time is always 3 hours before I go to bed. Drinking tea & lemon water in the evening helps me A LOT! :drinker:

:smile: I did a boot camp 2x a week with my last personal trainer and it was an awesome workout. Not too hard and not too easy and they definately took the time to work with me so I have nothing but good things to say about my experiance!

I did Slim Fast for Breakfast & Lunch and did 2 snack bars for monring & afternoon snacks and then had a sensible dinner for about 4 weeks. I saw little results and in my personal opinion the sugar intake was just too much for me. Once I cut out sugar and stopped it is when I started to see results.

I zig zag calories, cut down on sodium, cut out any type of sugar or starches and eat LOTS of veggies and protein and it ALWAYS moves the scale without fail. Good luck!!!

One of my friends posted the following today... burned 881 calories doing 105 minutes of cardio exercises, including "Zumba" online they say 550-800 calories in an hour

Sometimes it just depends on how much you want it...I haven't had a starch, sweets or fast food in the past 3 weeks.
