Yes veronica is spot on with this, Ive done everything she talks about...and its working slow but sure...I am a fan of green tea for all the beni's, but it helps with my stomach i feel so flat in the morning, if I consume it warm decaf of course right before bed

When I figured out my hormones where making me insane...from a crappy diet and being 211 lbs, I didnt smile ever. The other aspects in my life were great, but I simply couldnt be happy with me so I had to change my self.

For me it has to be alcohol, I dont drink excessivley but I used to be a weekend partier, now If i drink at all I am just violently ill the next day...my mom said prob because I got off of added sugar for the longest now my blood sugar cant take the insulin spike like it use to ? Also, Drink green tea, religioulsy warm and unsweet. add a sprig of mint and lemon if you must..it just made that extra bloat go away, and 10 plus cups of water minimum daily...

I was at a 3 weeks stall in weight loss when I started lifting , and then woosh 7lbs dropped off, I couldnt believe my eyes...I had got so worried and now I look more defined and less weight..again it was a 3 week stall

well i drank through a straw and smoked cigarettes gross I know...I am a former smoker now 2 years free BTW. and I end up with dry socket it all four places . dont be an idiot like me because it made it twice as painful! jello and frozen and soup is what I ate the first day or two

as a person who didnt exercise, walking was very effective for me ....and it got me were I can build endurance for my now HIIT workouts I lost my first 30lbs with diet and walking about 3-4 miles each day / 3-4 per week and I wore sweats every day to well sweat more and burn more fat.

The only thing to reduce the appearance for my strech marks was tanning and bronzing firming lotions like jergens So I have learned to embrace the Tiger Stripes ---Even my skinny friends (110lbs) have them so its just one of those things

swimming is amazing for a hurtful body back or joints, im not saying you wont be sore for going hard, but its so worth it.

I would suggest add a ton of water at least 2 Liters, as a litte lemon if it helps get it down. Also do some HIIT workouts. your body might have learned your routine and is maintaning. Switch it up and SWEAT!

I eat a lot of raw veg, like peas, carrots and celery or some fruit, after a few days it will be better, everytime you feel a craving grab the water bottle and teach your mind to obey your body. mind / matter

well, I run into the same delima, I only drink on Saturday, and eat kinda ****ty on sunday, but go hard all week on defict and exercise... when monday rolls around I feel my body is still in a funk from the abuse.... Im in for suggestions as well.

its learnng to take out the "bad" and subing the good, instead of the "greasy" red meat add- ground turkey or chicken or shrimp or fish to a recipe. get low fat cheese and measure out the servings and cook accordingly. so yo know the quality and ingredients in your food. use coconut oil and olive oil instead of canola or…

watch out for salad dressings, anything that can sit on a shelf for a x amount of time, bagged or canned or jarred. Also cheese and lunch meats have preservatives and salt for curing and flavoring...watchout....anything processed...and seafood

Being fat and lazy is why I came here, it made me feel totally disgusted with myself...I much rather be thin, confident , healthy and able to persue a long life because i took care of my body.
