I use to have this problem when I would eat "heavy" food..meaning cooked or hot... like meat or chili, or pasta ...very rich food for lunch. I have been dieting for a while probably a year lost a total of 60 pounds...and it appear to me for my body make up... the way I retain water and salt and whatever..I dont lose weight when I drink on the weekends...maybee I dont leave enough deficit but IT just never works for me.

Burpees are a killer on those ABS AND EVERYTHING ELSE do rep to failure every other day, I once was to out of shape to even to two, now I do 5 sets of 20 and totally feel a difference in my core
