Just remember - it's not all about losing the weight; it's about losing inches! I have been super bummed about not dropping much weight over the past 3 months, but I've lost some MAJOR inches!! Keep logging and keep up the work!

I eat every few hours and I love eating what I plan, it's just not enough. But I'm full all the time. I sit here at work trying to eat more to get my intake higher, but I'm so full I just get left feeling bloated. I'm going to have to find a different strategy, for sure...

I have a hard time on most days to get to 1200 on a healthy living diet; I am way too full and overeat, basically feeling ill.. Give me crap to eat and I'm good to go! :)

I have been struggling with this, also. I've been at the same weight after I lost only 4 pounds. I have noticed that my clothes fit better, so things are shifting around, but I want to see the number go down! I have been told 45 mintues of hard cardio 6 days a week will help drop it fast...
