Great post. I'm 37 and have been using MFP for a grand total of 35 days. 5 kg down, 30 to go. I'm on track and feeling motivated... But I'd LOVE some company along the way, it's pretty lonely all on your own. Getting underway with some regular exercise now. :)

This mornings smoothie Small handfull frozen blueberries 1 scoop protein powder 2 tbsp plain yoghurt 2tbsp cottage cheese 1 tsp Metamucil 1 tsp flax seed oil Pinch cinnamon Around 1 cup water Blitz with a stick blender.
