take it slow and steady. 500 calories is ridiculous. Your body is in starvation mode and you will not be able to endure for prolong period. At least maintain around 1000 calories to make things sustainable.

i usually stay discipline from Sunday to Thursday. On friday evening and saturday, i induldge. The point is to workout often to be able to have more calorie consumption entitlement.

hey well done for even getting started...I am also one of those who had a weight rebounce and tryibng to kick off those extra pounds. Keep working at it. Remember even if you falter occassionally, pick yourself up and move on from where you left off. It is the cummulative effort that counts.
