I chose my official weigh in day as Saturday because it's my lowest weight of the week. I don't count totals on Saturdays so by Monday I may be up a pound or two. And I'm ok with that. When I cook dinner I measure out all my food and then I put whatever is left into containers and put it in the fridge before I even sit down to eat. Also...brush your teeth right after you eat...

cayenne pepper or chili powder. Use in moderation tho, only takes a little to make it really spicy

I thought their nutrition info was listed for the meal without sides and that you had to add the sides on extra? If that's not the case then I did really good when I ate there the other day because I added my sides to the total. :)
