Is this a silly question? How do you count cooking techniques in the overall calorie count? For example: When cooking ground beef. I know the nutritional information before I cook it. But how does it change when I grill it as say...a hamburger vs. pan frying it? Same for chicken, etc?
Can you freeze it? I can't eat a whole squash in one sitting..how do I store it so it doesn't go to waste?
