Cooking question

Is this a silly question? How do you count cooking techniques in the overall calorie count?
For example: When cooking ground beef. I know the nutritional information before I cook it. But how does it change when I grill it as say...a hamburger vs. pan frying it? Same for chicken, etc?

I think as long as you're not adding oils (or anything caloric), the nutritional value should remain mostly the same. I wouldn't change anything. I don't add spices as any calories, either.0

I don't alter it (unless I add oil or something). I figure whatever cooks off gives me a "cushion" in the event that another food is calculated too low.0
