Try a smoothy!, a lot like ice cream, and very filling. For lunch! I do 1 Cup of Almond Milk, 1 banana 2 tbsp of Almond butter (or peanut butter) 1 scoop of protein powder ice and blend. This will give you about 28-32 oz of smoothy. I drink 16 oz at a time. It is heaven! Cal per 16 oz = 194 Carbs = 25
