I won't do yoga around other people. It feels like I'm trying to put myself into the most uncomfortable positions possible and I can't imagine it looks any better. I imagine the eye candy in yoga classes is unreal though.

Well they're all a little different. The yoga and pilates workouts should be obvious. The cardio based workouts you could log as high impact aerobics or circuit training. If you write down your reps in The Challenge you can just enter in the total number of push ups and pull ups.

If you get the hibachi just go easy on the rice and focus on the meats and veggies. At the Italian place just look for a dish with meat and veggies and try to avoid pasta.

I used to log it as high impact aerobics, but if you want a more accurate calorie count you'll probably want a heart rate monitor.

You don't need it if you can meet your protein and calorie goals through regular food. As for me, I just like the way they taste and generally have one post workout.

Building muscle will help you burn more calories over time, but it's very small. 1 lb of muscle burns about 5-6 calories per day at rest. 1 lb of fat burns about 2 (per the interwebz). So you can gain 10 lbs of muscle but you're only burning another 50-60 calories a day.

Personally I'd rather have someone more knowledgeable and motivating than someone with good genetics who knows nothing. How someone looks isn't always related to their level of fitness or knowledge.

I finished in about 35 minutes, which was way faster than I thought I would. The adrenaline I got during my first race pushed me a lot harder than just running on a treadmill or around my neighborhood. It's my competitive nature, I knew I wouldn't win but I wanted to finish before as many other people as I could.

If you start off too fast you'll probably get sore and it will just slow you down. And lifting the same muscles heavy too often will do you no good except to burn calories. Like everyone else said you can use your off days to work on your flexibility or do some cardio.

What are your goals here? In my opinion rest is more important than your actual workout if you are trying to build muscle or get stronger, because your muscles recover and grow on your off days. It gets tougher, if you want more cardio and core work I'd suggest switching to the lean schedule. Doing Ab-ripperX 3 times a week for 3 months will lose it's effectiveness after a while. PilatesX and Isometrix are both great core workouts, but you won't do them as much on the classic schedule as you will on the lean.

Worked great for me, I used to ride those things for like an hour. I'd set it to a somewhat difficult resistance and just watch tv and listen to music and I'd be soaked with sweat. Dropped a lot of weight, but that's about it. That's all my goals were at the time though.

In theory intervals will burn more calories because your heart rate will stay elevated for longer. I don't think it's a huge difference though. Personally, I do both. I wouldn't necessarily say one is better than the other because they're both beneficial.

The key to stronglifts (for me at least) was to add weight every week to force your to muscles adapt and work harder. In the past I used to just work out with the same weight all the time until I felt stronger and then I'd increase it a little, and I never really saw much of a strength gain.

Don't run 5 days in a row, it's too high impact and you're risking injury if you're not a seasoned runner.
