I just finished 30 day shred. I did it M-F with the weekends off. I figured I'd actually stick with it this way. So, it took me 6 wks to complete. I dont have too much to lose, so I didnt see much weight loss. I saw a little bit of change in my arms and belly. I am going to try a 2nd round starting this week and will do it…

Thanks everyone, I was just curious if I should be concentrating on cardio vs strength. It sounds like my best bet is a combo! I am currently doing 30 DS..am on level 3. Not seeing much "disappear" yet, but am hopeful. Hopefully the combo of all 3 will help me!

Havent checked in in a while, but Level 2 is completed! Woo Hoo - not my favorite level. Cant do all the plank work, hurts my wrists. Day 9, Level 1 done! One more day...not sure if I am relieved or dreading that I am moving on to Level 2. I've done that level before and I don't like it! L1D7 completed this morning. I think I'm getting a head cold, so the cardio was a little rough for me and may not have put all my effort into it. Still broke a sweat, though. I get head rushes when going from laying down and getting up (ex: moving from push ups to the squat-n-press), does this happen to anyone else?

Level 1, Day 6 done. I have to admit, it was nice to have the weekend off from it! Looking forward to getting back into this week, though. Kind of scared for this week to be over...not looking forward to level 2. Need to take these next 4 days and try to change my mindset about level 2!! :)

Day 4 complete. I thought I'd be really sore today since I used heavier weights yesterday, but I feel pretty good. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Yup, more than 5...but that's alright! I love how everyone is doing this and following up each day. Are you using 8lb weights for all the exercises? I use either 5 or 8, depending on which exerice it is

Day 3, Level 1 completed! Couldnt get through the jumping jacks yesterday b/c I was so sore, but did them today. I upped the weight on some of the exercises and added some light weight to the cardio moves....may not be able to move tomorrow, but it felt good today!

Day 3 done....that's 10% completed!! :) Could actually do the jumping jacks today, couldn't yesterday b/c I was so sore! Upped the weights on some of the exercises and added weights to some of the cardio (trying to burn extra calories). We'll see how sore I am tomorrow, though! Bring on day 4...

Well, day 2 completed! My arms were so sore from yesterday, I could barely do the jumping jacks - can't even imagine what my arms are going to feel like tomorrow. How did today go for everyone else?

Fun, I hope everyone sticks with the 30 days. For me, doing it 5 days a week, I will be done on March 23rd!!! I can do it, hope you can to!
