Gestational Diabetes~high fasting levels

How many calories are you consuming now? What did you put your settings at to help determine your daily caloories? I've never logged my food/calories while nursing, I'd like to lose some weight, but not at the expense of my baby...need to make sure he's getting the nutrients he needs!

30 day shred done....now what?
I finished 30 Day Shred on Saturday. Not great results, but some change. I liked that I actually stuck w/ it and need something else to follow. I was thinking either Jillian's Ripped in 30 or Shred It w/ Weights. Any thoughts on which one is best to try next....or something completely different?
