JM fans-Shred it w/ weights OR Ripped in 30?

I just finished 30 Day Shred last week and am ready to move on to something else. What do you think is better - Shred It w. Weights or Ripped in 30? I'm obviously looking to lose some pounds, but more interested in some toning. Is one of these better than the other? Thanks!
