Just believe in yourself and don't give up!! That's the most impotant thing. Everybody's body is different. I do Zumba and I ride the stationary bike at home. It works for me but I don't know if it works for anybody else, you know..:)

Thanks a lot!! Yes i follow it as far as i can:smile: I'm exercising 6 times a week what contains 3-4 days when i do Zumba and 2-3 days when i ride the stationary bike sometimes i do some strength training as well :smile: I don't eat the whole back, and there are days when i don't eat back any.

I'm eating 1200-1300 cal/ day, and it seems to be pretty enough for me :) I do Zumba and ride the stationary bike, and sometimes i do strenght training..that's it :)

Yes, at the begining, but now I'm losing about 1- 1.5 lb a week :)
