Sure! 2-3 zumba class /week 3 times /week stationary bike for 30-45 mins For breakfast: yoghurt with fruits,omlettes,almonds,whole grain crackers Lunch: steamed/raw veggies, chicken breast, turkey, tuna, brown rice etc. Dinner: leftovers from lunch or anything healthy Snack: pickles, mixed pickles, fruits

I'm eating 1200-1300 cal/ day, and it seems to be pretty enough for me :) I do Zumba and ride the stationary bike, and sometimes i do strenght training..that's it :)

I've always eaten that amount since the end of July :) Fortunately it was enoung for me at the beggining :)
