100 LBS total for me or when I feel healthy but I believe that be around 100 lbs

I started keto a week ago and lost 6 lbs already. Never done keto and I have gained a lot of weight because of stress, depression you name it.

I gain 30 total but a week and half after I had him I already lost 20 of it So only 10 to my pre pregnancy weight, but I do want to lose more

I gained about 15lbs total and I am 28 weeks. So far. Doctor is not to happy with the weight gain since I am over weight

No I wish. But I have no clue maybe try discounted stores like ross. I heard they have some, but I haven't bought any clothes yet but I am only 12 weeks and 4 days so I still fit into my clothes at this point. I Wil be trying there first

I don't know about losing weight while pregnant. Maybe see a nutritionist, that might help and ask the doctor what should be your recommended calories.

I am 9 week pregnant to and using MFP. To help keep track of my calories so I don't gain to much weight.

I have a problem with exercise right now to. I like to walk and walk outside, but its been over 100 here lately. also with all the nausea I have been just wanting to stay in bed when I am not at work .

I have a fitbit to I need to start walking more. Hard to do when its over 100 outside. but I have been taking my lunch to work so way healthier for me the fast-food.

I am only recommended to gain11-20 lbs my whole pregnancy. I haven't gained any yet but I am only 9 weeks. I have many more to go. I want to stay healthy hard part right now is I am sick to my stomach most of the time and when I am not at work I just want to lie in bed.

I have gained any, but then again I am only 9 weeks and 4 days. trying to keep my weight in check and not gain to much. Doctor only wants me to gain about 11 to 20 lbs through my whole pregnancy bacauses I am aready way over weight.

lets see blue cheese dressing and dark soda. Now if I drink soda it a sprite. Most everything else has not change beside now I want more bread and pickles in my diet.

I always forget to log my water. haha but I do drink anywhere form 64 oz to 100 oz a day

1200 to 1500 I am 5 foot 4 I am losing weigh I have lost about 12lbs in the past 2 months

More support the better. You can never have too much.

I think why I want to lose weight, and honestly it make me feel better when I do get out an excise, nothing crazy for me just walking. But I don't want to get so big I cant walk and I am heading down that path if I don't do something about it.

I am due March 12, Trying to get back on track of healty eating and my walking routine. So i wont gain to much already gained a lot and I am only 27 weeks.

I am 5'3 I started at 228 now down to 175 yay still more to go but I am happy with my progress and it took me almost a year to lose the weight

I am 27 and need to lose about another 50lbs. I have already lost 50 though.

That's so me this year dropping almost 50lbs I guess that's what does it not as much insulation (blubber) lol
