YES! I had quite a bit, but just about kept it within my calories :)

Actually this web page will help you a lot if you use their calculators http://iifym.com/ Obviously take what they say with a pinch of salt, there is no solid number of calories you should eat every day. Also if you can put on fat easily (like me) maybe eat 200 less than what it tells you to. If you get stuck just shout :-)

People talking on the phone is annoying. One thing that also annoys me is people jacking the incline right up and then near enough hanging off the treadmill holding on!!! What the hell is the point of putting it at such a high incline if you are just going to hold on and make it easier???

Happy Birthday to your son! I am doing well, still logging everything and exercising daily. Usually do a 4 mile walk and some weights. Still losing and loving it, looking forward to the end of the 8 weeks to see how far we have all come :)

I ate well yesterday, walked 2.7 miles and did 40 mins weights. I even had enough room for a few mouthfuls of Ben and Jerrys. I didnt get in as much water as I would like so thats my goal today. Also today is a rest day. My legs are aching like mad from yesterday. Good luck everyone!

I feel your pain. I am much the same, I'm super good in the week and then it gets to the weekend and I feel I deserve a treat.
