Yeah I did it once for about 15 mins and couldn't get a rhythm to save my life. Jumped on the elliptical instead. Now, I just don't care what I look like, haha. If other people wanna make fun of me, that's fine, I'm doing it for ME! =)

If it comes in a box (think mac and cheese, boxed dinners, etc) it's processed. If you look at the ingredients and can't pronounce/don't recognize them all, processed (Lunch meat, hot dogs, etc.) Eating healthy and/or clean is hard. You make a lot of food from scratch. No frozen dinners, no frozen pizza, no breaded…

7/13: 4.0 might go back to the gym tonight for another hour, we'll see. Started the Biggest Loser Cardio Max dvd yesterday and my BUTT hurts from the 10+ mins of lunges!! But the elliptical doesn't seem to bother me at all. Wogged another mile today... 14:08...aiming for under 14 on Friday!

That's exactly what my goal is! I weighed 126 when I was 16...about 140 when I graduated I think. I was about 15 in this pic...I hate it, but it's the only handy picture I have from high school. My mom thinks it's funny.

easy answer: Just say no. You are the only person who is ultimately responsible for what goes in your mouth and how much your legs move. My mom is not dieting at all (though she easily has 200lbs to lose), and is constantly bringing ding dongs and cake and crap into the house. I just walk right by it. I don't want to undo…

protein and complex carbs/dietary fiber digest slower, keeping you full longer. Chicken breast, quinoa, legumes, beans, etc, will help you curb your appetite without eating through all your calories. And I agree, exercise! You can eat more the more you move!

My boyfriend asked me about this too..."you're gunna lose your boobs, huh?" Well, I stand to have SOME to lose, I'm a 40DD(sometimes DDD) now, and when I was at my goal weight before, I was a 34C...So I hope I get to settle back down there again. Can't wait to go CUTE bra shopping!!

the machines I use have heart rate goals for me...something like 106-133 is target weight loss, and 134-162 is cardiovascular. I'm 28 and weigh 217.
