I am just about to start Eat to Live. I plan on starting on Saturday. I'm very nervous about the whole thing...If I can do it, if I will feel bad at first, what if I just "have" to have ____, what if my family doesn't support me, what if I don't like the food or can't figure out what to eat....I just have so many emotions…

I haven't juiced before, but I think that the only reason why I might juice would be because I would be able to have a lot of vegetables and fruits at one time. I like smoothies for that reason too - I can put a load of spinach and strawberries and have all my servings practically at one time.

I love getting an iced or hot Americano w/ sugar free vanilla and a splash of cream. So yummy! I also love the strong coffee flavor.
