I agree with Jay, Limit sugars, fats and not neccessary to reach the other but protien is an important goal to reach...carbs and others can wait...you'll burn it off with exercise too. Great job!

How you look and feel is important...You say you are dropping in measurments so that is a great thing. You may be keeping your muscle mass and the number on the scale may not drop but the fat will! Keep up your MFP routine and you'll do well...Take care

The beginning is always a great inspiration losing water wieght and it is just from eating better or exercising...Enjoy it and keep up the good attitude. You will do fine!!!

Yoga for beginners would be really good to get your body stretching for you to get in shape for more cardio workouts, Walking is always good for you as much as you can tolerate with Arthritis. Know your limits and just get moving how YOU can. YOU can do it!!!

Keep going on the fruits and know your servings...1/2 a banana is a serving for example. Eat surgarless gum in between for less snacking. Fibre to feel fuller. lots of water Focus! You can do it Sunshine!!!

I hear ya sister!! I feel the same way...drink plenty of water for sure...you will retain it but it will go away quickly. Have a small morsel in the evening and go about your proper eating habits the next day. We seem to be very similar -we should be friends! lol
