Ha ha some guys just like to troll, but i know how it feels to get stared at by the creeper. When I was in Iraq there was this civilian guy who changed his workout schedule to mine and would constantly stare at me. I ignored him, but at the same time I ended up getting one of my co-workers to workout with me for safety.

I am sorry that the scale has effect you so much to make you turn to tears. I tend not to look at the scale since I am pretty heavy built and I hate looking at the scale. What I do is take measurements since it is much more rewarding (to me) to lose inches (off your waist for example) over how heavy the scale tell you that…
