I always feel lke I'm hungry. My Dr. told me that the hunger feeling is the same as thirst. So when I have to drink a glass of water before eating I don't eat as often (most of the time Im satisfied with water) or as much! Good luck!

you aren't the only one!!! My wedding rings got to small as my hubby's ring got to big( we quit drinking). I couln't even fit into his! Last month I started wearing his (because it fits now) and he bought a new one. I can't wait to fit into mine!

personally I have to work out in the morning so I can stretch the rest of the day randomly, if I work out hard and then go to sleep, I cant move the next morning(bad joints) and will not want to do it again!

I have my own station with jamiroquai(so awesome), bush, smashing pumpkins, and lots of funk! I find myself singing while im riding my bike or walking the dog! It's music that I loved as a kid, i find myself going farther just to listen!

I don't have direct answers, but my nutritionist told me to eat 1500 calories a day, and exercise. I found that the days I didn't workout I ate 1200 calories and lost to fast in her opinion. More muscle means more calories you burn, in the beginning my muscle gets bigger faster than my belly fats goes(I also can eat like a boyscout on days that I excercise). This is bad but I allow my clothes to tell me if I'm loosing, measuring my body isnt fun, so I don't do it . Feel free to ad me as a friend if you like!

I obsessed over food before I ever started dieting. This site gives me a positive outlet for my food addiction.
