I lost 40 pounds and yes I still eat carbs I count calories and some fats. Carbs give you energy to fuel your workouts. Don't give them up

Ok I looked at your diary and from what I can see you need to change your diet and increase your workouts. Your consuming too many carbs, try eating plain oatmeal and one whole fruit for breakfast a lean cuisine and small salad with fruit for lunch ( light dressing) And fish or a protein with veggies for dinner. snacks…

i felt this way 40 pounds ago and i almost gave up. but trust me if you ear right and exercise five days a week for one hour and weight twice weekly the weight will come off it took me six months to lose 40 pounds and i still have another 30 to go before i reach my goal. hang in there and please give yourself a break.

You need a schedule with rest days .. If you over wiork yourself you will tire out and quit.. I excerise four days at te gym and one day at home I rest two days and have lost 28 pounds in three months... Dont over do it.......hang in there.
