  • :happy: I started a few weeks ago. I am on Optifast 800 and I have lost 70 pounds. This is a great tool to help. You can go back in time and log where you started. Keep it up. It is also a lot of fun. My Daugther Vickie started me with this and now my wife is on too. We all get to encourage one another. Welcome to the page.
