Thanks for the ideas everyone! I wound up making pork sandwiches for DB & pork with vegetables (stir fry, I guess you'd call it) for myself. The noodles/lo-mein sounded like a great idea, but my carbs are maxed for the day. :(

Thank you, that's a bit more helpful, but I'm still a bit lost. When I plug in 1200 net cal consumed, MFP gives me a calorie deficit for the day, is that how many calories I need to burn per day? Because at 1200 cal. consumed, that doesn't add up to a 2 lb. loss per week. It says I burn 1890 per day from normal daily…

I weigh twice a day, in the morning and in the evening (sometimes more depending). I've started recording my weight in the a.m. just to see how it fluctuates with my TOM, etc. Some I've started understanding which keeps me from freaking out when I do see a gain on the scale. I think some people it helps, some not so much.…
